All products are handmade items , orders will be send out in 7-14days once we receive the order .
Due to the current health emergency, delivery and return services may be delayed. If you have any doubts, our customer care is available to answer any type of questions now more than ever. We apologize for the inconvenience, we are working for you!
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent.
We don’t know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
Return & Exchange Policy
Right to withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the date you receive the consignment (the days are calculated from the proven date of delivery). The products must be returned undamaged and with the warranty band still attached to each garment.
Covid-19 health emergency
Due to the current health emergency, we have extended the return period to 45 days. So, take all the time you need to decide! If you have any doubts, our customer care is available to answer any type of question, now more than ever.
Return an item
Send us a return request by email to TWENTYONEAUGUST@NAVER.COM . You will receive a feedback in 1-2 working days and the instructions and or assistance to proceed with the return.
The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer.
The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.
Dispatch method and costs
Once we have received the returned products, we will evaluate their condition, reprocess them and proceed with closing your request. You will be constantly updated by email and you can follow the progress of your request at any time in your reserved area.
Remember that TWENTYONEAUGUST will not change the products, only refund the cost of the returned items.
The full refund for the products will be made within 30 days at latest from the date the returns have been received.
